How We Measure

1 = Chest
Garment is measured across the chest, 1 cm below the armpit.

2 = Front Length
Garment is measured from top of the shoulder seam to the bottom hem.

3 = Shoulder
Garment is measured from the neck to the shoulder seam.

4 = Sleeve
Garment is measured from the top of the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.

5 = Neck
Garment is measured from the top, flat opening width.

Please Allow a Tolerance of +/- 2cm

To ensure longevity and maintain the quality of your garment, we recommend the following:

• Wash at 30–40°C with similar colours
• Use gentle detergents and avoid bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Iron on medium heat if needed
• Avoid tumble drying to reduce wear and shrinkage
• Dry away from direct sunlight

Proper care helps preserve colour, shape, and the natural softness of cotton.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. This window is strictly enforced.
All items must be new, unwashed, and unworn, with the original tags attached and no customer-caused damage.

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are unable to cover customs duties or taxes on return shipments.

For international returns (outside the UK)

Please mark the customs form as “RETURNED GOODS” with a declared value of £0. Failure to do so may result in customs charges which we are unable to cover.

Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit (gift card) once we receive and inspect your return. We do not issue cash or card refunds.
